0. Preliminary Requierments 1. Print a nozzle test; keep the test printout for a later comparison. 2. Connect the flushing bottle clamp to the print heads carriage. 3. Install the flushing bottle on its clamp. 4. Remove the flushing bottle cap. 5. Disconnect the hose from the ink filter. 6. Seal the ink filter using a plug. 7. Connect the flushing bottle filter to the ink hose of the ink path. 8. Connect the 1m hose between the filter and the lower bottle connector. 8. Connect the 1m hose between the filter and the lower bottle connector. 9. Connect the 3m hose between the upper bottle connector and the purge pressure connector. 10. Verify that the purge pressure is set to 0.45 bar. 11. Open the purge pressure valve; the purge pressure drops to zero. 12. Position a waste container below the manual purge valves. Removing the ink from the ink path,    Press Play to Continue 13. Remove the silicon cap and  open the manual purge valve. 14. Slowly close the flushing bottle cap; the ink is flushed out of the ink path. 15. Open the flushing bottle cap. 16. Close the manual purge valve. Click the Play button to continue. 17. Fill the flushing bottle with flushing fluid 18. Open the manual purge valve. 19. Slowly close the flushing bottle cap.
