Click Play to start, Next to continue Press Next to continue. 1. Spray the screws and the rod fork with an anti-rust lubricant. 2. Disconnect the cylinder from the system. 3. Disconnect the rod fork from the piston rod. 4. Remove the screws from the tie-rods. 5. Remove the front cap from the cylinder tube. 6. Remove the piston rod seal from the front cap. 7. Remove the O-ring from the front cap. 8. Remove the piston rod from the cylinder tube. 9. Remove the cylinder tube. 10. Remove the O-ring from the rear cap. 11. Remove the piston rod lock nut. 12. Verify absence of mechanical defects such as hits, scratches, rust, etc. 13. Clean the cylinder tube using a cleaning towel or paper. Verify absence of mechanical defects such as hits, scratches, rust, etc. 14. Using a small flat-bladed screwdriver, clean the slit of the piston rod seal on the front cap. 15. Using a small flat-bladed screwdriver, clean the slits of the O-rings on the front and rear caps. 16. Install new O-rings into the slits on the front and rear caps. 17. Install a new piston rod seal into the front cap. 18. Install a new seal scraper on the piston rod. 19. Install the piston rod lock nut. 20. Apply grease on all seals and O-rings. 21. Thread the front cap on the piston rod. 22. Install the cylinder tube. 23. Insert the piston rod into the cylinder tube. 24. Install the screws of the tie-rods.Connect the rod fork on the piston rod. 25. Connect the cylinder back to the system.
